Switch in pension probe stirs debate
Is Andrew Cuomo slowing down in his pension abuse investigation? Cuomo's people say no, but an Albany lawyer who is taking on the attorney general points out that in Cuomo's most recent round of inquiries concerning lawyers who may be improperly enrolled in the state's pension system, the attorney general sent letters rather than subpoenas.
