North American P-51 Mustang News

The public came out to visit World War II Boeing B17 G Flying Fortress Bomber and a North American TP-51C Mustang fighter aircraft Monday April 29, 2013 at the San Bernardino Internationl Airport in San Bernardino.

The Commemorative Air Force's famous Boeing B-29 Superfortress bomber FIFI - the only remaining flying example of the aircraft in the world - will be the feature World War II airplane in their summer tour that includes more than 20 stops starting May 15 in Birmingham, Ala.

Those big, old airplanes with the mighty round engines will be flying again this weekend at West Houston Airport's Hangar B-5 as the Houston Wing of The Commemorative Air Force presents its 2013 Open House on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can get an up-close view and hear the noise of the radial engines that power these World War ...
