How come Blacks are only 12% of the population but do over 60% of all violent crime? Because most of them are SAVAGES!

...we can't say pass record can we?...you're on probation, you get that time plus the new crime time(figured on pass record)...can we say durg trafficking charges,oh conviction?...the truth is the truth this time people-but I didn't know robbing a bank could get me 2 years plus probation,I thought it was a federal crime which means no probation,and I thought it always carries a heavier sentence than that...and what about the conspiracy part?...Do have to wonder if I would get just 2 years+ prob.if I conspired to rob a bank...
