Flash flood kills 19 in Afghanistan; many missing
Flood waters ravaged a provincial capital in northern Afghanistan, killing at least 19 people and destroying hundreds of homes, officials said Sunday.

PanARMENIAN.Net - A flash flood swept through villages in a mountainous area of northern Afghanistan on Friday, May 11 killing at least 17 people, authorities said, according to AP.
Both men have battled the German government for services to treat post-traumatic stress disorder.
